New

  • AI-powered learning assistant launched to guide learners through courses, answer questions, and provide feedback—based solely on course content.
  • LMS UI has been updated to include IT, NL, DE, and FR. (beta)
  • AI course family added to GoSkills.
  • A 5-star course rating is included by default in all new courses and added to older ones; ratings are visible across course pages and learner dashboards, and can be removed by editing the feedback form.
  • Added a course progress bar that reflects the progress of all course components.

Update

  • Public profiles have been temporarily removed.
  • Performance report export has been updated to include: course type, course publish date, and employee ID.
  • The course builder now uses the "Inter" and "Noto Serif" fonts, selected for their readability and broad international support across a wide range of scripts and languages.

Fix

  • Free trial end times were corrected to display the correct time zone, accounting for Daylight Savings (DST).

  • Employee ID/number field added to learner profiles (editable by administrators).
  • GoSkills updates added to the Help Center for publishing recent changes.
  • Status page launched to monitor real-time system performance and uptime: https://status.goskills.com
  • Trust center launched to share information on security, privacy, and compliance: https://trust.goskills.com
  • ‘Large’ and ‘full width’ sizing options added for video and image blocks, allowing content to expand beyond standard page boundaries.
  • Webhook support introduced via the GoSkills REST API, enabling integrations (e.g., Zapier) to receive notifications when learners start or complete a course.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue with uploading large files (videos and SCORM packages).

New

  • Initial tests added, allowing learners to take a test before starting a course.
  • Image block conversion: Added the ability to convert image blocks to image-with-text blocks and vice versa.
  • Course sharing: Courses can now be shared with organization members or external users via email or link. Learners can share courses only within their organization. Admin settings updated with toggles to control course sharing.

Improvements

  • Updated behavior to direct unauthenticated learners to the login page instead of showing an error message.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented un-assigning of courses.
