Learners not receiving their invite

If your learners haven't received their invite after you've sent it, first have them check their Spam email. We also recommend checking to make sure their email address was typed correctly.

How to resend an invite

  • To resend an invite, select ‘Learners’ on your admin dashboard.


  • Select 'Status' above the list of learners > Select 'Pending invite'.

  • Select the ⋮ menu in the learner's row.
  • Select 'Resend invite email'.

Resend invite email

This will immediately send another email invitation to the learner.
