If you need to adjust a learner's role to an Administrator or Creator, you can follow these steps below.

Change a learner's role

You can adjust a learner's role by selecting ‘Learners’ on your admin dashboard.

Learners

Select the learner’s name in blue to go to their Profile.

Select learner

Scroll down to the Role section.
Select the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.
Select 'Creator' or 'Administrator'.

Learner Role

Once you select their new role, this will automatically update their access accordingly.
