Share courses easily with members of your organization—or those who don’t have an account yet—using their email or a direct link. Course sharing helps broaden access to learning materials and makes collaboration easier.
Who can share courses?
- Admins and course creators can share courses with both:
- Members of their organization
- People outside the organization (via email or link)
- Learners can share courses, but only with other members of their own organization.
How to share a course
- Open the course you want to share.
- Click the Share button.
- Choose to share by:
- Email or Name – enter the email addresses or names of the recipients
- Link – copy the link and share it directly
- Set any optional permissions (i.e., Allow people to join your organization with this link).
- Select 'Share course' to send the invitation or copy the link.
