The AI assistant helps you navigate the GoSkills LMS, complete admin tasks, and get answers to your questions—faster and more efficiently.
Open the AI assistant
To launch the assistant:
- Click the AI button in the top-right corner of your dashboard

- The assistant will open in a side panel with suggested actions and a chat prompt.

Use quick actions to save time
The assistant offers shortcuts to common admin tasks, including:
- Invite learners
- Create teams
- Assign courses
When you click a quick action, the assistant will:
- Provide a step-by-step guide
- Link directly to the relevant page in your account
💡 Example: Clicking Invite learners opens the Learners page and shows you how to send invitations.
Ask the assistant specific questions
Need help with something more specific? Just ask the assistant in the chat field.
You can try questions like:
- “Where can I find training reports?”
- “What does the Engagement report show?”
The assistant will respond with relevant links and explain each feature so you know exactly where to go and what to do.
Get guidance based on your plan
The AI assistant knows which GoSkills plan your organization is using. Ask questions like:
- “What features can I access with my current plan?”
You’ll get a customized overview of tools and capabilities available to you.
Navigate in multiple languages
The assistant supports multiple languages and can help you switch the interface if needed. Asking questions in a supported language will take you to the appropriate page and provide language-specific guidance.
